About The Webinar
In 2022, Behavior Bridges was chosen by Pierce County to support Behavioral Health in the community through a new project, Preventing Behavioral Health Crises for Autism and Developmental Disabilities. This new programming, fully funded through 2023, aims to provide various social groups for all ages and preventative behavior health crisis training for caregivers to further provide access to services for our community. This program is funded by the Pierce County Behavioral Health Tax.

Laura O’Rourke is the founder and Executive Director of Behavior Bridges. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has worked in the field of autism and IDD for over 20 years across a wide range of programs and services across the United States and abroad. Since 2015, Laura’s work has centered around Behavior Bridges in South Hill, which provides educational and behavioral based services. Consultation, training, direct therapy, and groups are provided by highly qualified members of the Behavior Bridges team.
