Families receive a prompt follow‑up and, when needed, a Multi‑Disciplinary Team meeting to support the youth and their care plan.
YARP serves the Greater Columbia region, which consists of nine counties: Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Garfield, Kittitas, Walla Walla, Whitman and Yakima.
Kids’ Mental Health Great Rivers Youth Navigator Program (YNP) serves as an access portal and support system for individuals who are experiencing behavioral health challenges in Grays Harbor, Pacific, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, and Lewis Counties.
The Kids’ Mental Health King County (KMHKC) program is designed to support school-aged children, youth, and their families in navigating the behavioral health system and resources across King County.
The North Central Youth Navigator Program is an access portal and support system for individuals concerned about a school aged youth experiencing behavioral health challenges.
The Youth Navigator Program (YNP) is delivered and monitored via the North Sound Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization (NS BH-ASO), across our five-county region which includes Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island and San Juan.
Kids’ Mental Health Pierce County (KMHPC) was first created to identify and address needs and barriers to accessing pediatric behavioral health care. Today, KMHPC includes 800 members representing over 60 community agencies and stakeholders.
Resource Engagement for Adolescents and Children (REACh) was developed to identify and address the unique needs of youth residing in non-treatment inpatient settings experiencing complex behavioral health challenges.
The Youth Inpatient Navigator program is committed to partnering with the community of Southwest WA to navigate the behavioral health needs of our youth and families by establishing trust, building relationships, inspiring hope, and walking alongside youth and families during the process.
The Salish Regional Behavioral Health Navigation team has been named SYNC – Salish Youth Network Collaborative. Our focus will be on ensuring that through collaboration with all community partners we are able to support the families and those within our region in gaining access to services.
Thurston-Mason Behavioral Health Youth Navigator Program functions with Thurston-Mason Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization as our backbone organization, serving Thurston and Mason County.
