Join us for a collaborative conversation about this new resource and how we are bringing the community into the continuum of care.
Regional youth behavioral health navigator teams will explore the local impact of how they’re improving collaborative communication and service connection processes and deploying multidisciplinary teams (mdt) to improve access and coordination of behavioral health services for children and youth.
